Union League Wedding Photos

Oh my goodness, where to begin! Danielle and Gerry had an absolutely elegant wedding. They held their reception at the Union League of Philadelphia, which has a pretty fascinating history. I… can’t not talk about it. I’m a nerd. The Union League was founded in 1862, one year after the start of the Civil War. The members of the League supported the Union Army. There’s a life-sized statue of Abraham Lincoln inside. Totally awesome. Anyway! The Union League hosts some of the most elegant and timeless weddings in Philadelphia, and this one was no exception. Danielle and Gerry are a striking couple and an absolute pleasure to photograph. We had so much fun running around Broad Street and the Ben Franklin Bridge for your wedding photos! Thank you both so much for having us along on your dazzling November wedding day! We had such a lovely time working with you over the last year. Congratulations, you two!!! Now, let’s start this blog post off right – a first look on the best stoop in Philly!!    xo Laurie
